WHAT SERVICES DOES TRILOGY COLLABORATIVE OFFER?

Trilogy works with clients and changemakers to create the conditions necessary for humans to flourish during disruptive change. We find that clients want to enter into collaborations at different levels, so we partner in three main ways:

KNOW IT

Organizations and changemakers entering into a level one collaboration are focused primarily on learning. They participate in Trilogy-led courses, workshops, webinars, or coaching sessions to deepen their knowledge, build new skills, and practice applying human-centered tools, methods, and practices.

DO IT

Organizations and changemakers entering into a level two collaboration are focused primarily on learning and applying their knowledge to a change event. In addition to participating in level one experiences and events, they apply human-centered change methods, research, tools, and practices to a change event they are leading, participating in, or advising on. Trilogy experts work with these clients to guide them through their change practicum.

BE IT

Clients entering into a level three collaboration have a desire to build human-centered change capacity in their organization and in themselves. Trilogy works directly with these organizations and changemakers to certify them in human-centered change practices and to integrate a holistic and integrated change approach that aligns with the business and people strategy. Trilogy takes a collaborative approach to this level as their experts become engrained in the change teams until the teams become fully operational and formed.
